My Story

My name is Diane Gandara. I'm a Sales Professional &  Entrepreneur that's standing up her business a second time around. This time with hopes and dreams to help others curtail the painful experiences that I've endured under tragic Pandemic and post -Pandemic conditions.

Being the Mobilizer, Motivator, Rehabilitator and Caretaker of a disabled family, I've prepared and have held a personal resillience strategy, that allows me to keep bouncing back and standing up, under the most extreme of conditions.

This opportunity allows me to bring out the best of my Caregiving, Ergonomic, Mindfulness, Breathing,  Business, Community Building and Sales skills  together, in an effort to help busy professionals   curtail their ill effects and discover their coping strategy in health and wellness.
